Citizen Crime Reports can be utilized to expedite reporting of minor crimes. These reports can be printed and completed prior to contacting the police, or while you are waiting for an officer to respond to your location. These report forms should only be used to report non-violent, not-in-progress property crimes (such as thefts, vandalism, or fraud) where there is no known suspect.
