The Lancaster Parking Authority handles all kiosks, meters and residential permit parking in the City of Lancaster.
Police Officers and Community Service Aides will issue tickets for on-view violations and abandoned/hazardous vehicle issues. The Lancaster City Bureau of Police and the City of Lancaster Treasury Office will not accept or process payments for parking tickets. Payment of criminal fines should be sent to the District Justice office that is indicated on the citation.
Payments can be made in person, online, by U.S. Mail or by placing a non-cash payment in the Lancaster Parking Authority drop box located in the driveway at 30 W. Orange Street, Lancaster, PA 17603.
