Please join us in welcoming Officers Lucas Good, Stacia Hoke, and Croft Howley! These three were officially sworn in as Lancaster City Police Officers by Mayor Sorace at City Hall on Tuesday, July 11, 2023.
Croft Howley grew up in York County, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Dallastown Area High School and Millersville University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety & Environmental Health with a minor in Criminology. Mr. Howley is an active PA National Guard, Infantry Unit member.
Stacia Hoke is a lifelong resident of Dauphin County, PA. She graduated from Lower Dauphin High School in June 2019. Ms. Hoke earned an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Harrisburg Community College in June 2021. She also served as a Community Service Aide for the Bureau. She also served as a Community Service Aide for the Bureau.
Lucas Good attended Bluffton University majoring in Criminal Justice/Psychology. He also attended Millersville University majoring in Applied Engineering & Technology Management. Mr. Good left college to start a family and is a devoted husband and father, but intends to return to school and finish his degree.
