Yesterday, Lancaster City Police Officer, Brandon McCormick, received the Outstanding Officer of the Year Award at the Biennial Police Memorial Awards Service, presented by the Lancaster County Chiefs of Police Association.
Officer McCormick dedicates himself to making Lancaster City a great place to live, work, and visit. He is always developing new methods and outlooks to solve community issues, whether handling anonymous complaints about neighborhood nuisances or gathering intelligence on high-level narcotics dealers trafficking and distributing illicit substances.
As a highly valued member of the Bureau, Officer McCormick exemplifies its core values: service, integrity, honor, courage, commitment, and duty. These principles have distinguished him from his peers. The Police Bureau is proud to have Officer McCormick among our ranks. Keep up the great work!
